The Inner Mongolia Personnel Affairs Department has disclosed to the local media that Inner Mongolia will set up 150 internship bases for college graduates this year.
Some 18 companies and units from a number of cities in Inner Mongolia, including Huhhot, Baotou, E'erduosi, Hulunbei'er, Bayannao'er and Wulanchabu are said to have been listed as the first batch of bases for youth employment and internship by China's central youth league.
Companies that are eligible to serve as an internship base are asked to provide more than 10 intern positions and at least one internship term which last for about two to three months each year. Besides, they are required to offer accident insurance and basic subsistence payments to the interns.
